Where is your store located?
We are located in The Netherlands, but we ship from a number of warehouses worldwide.
How do I place an order?
To place an order walk through the following steps:
- Go to the product you would like to order
- Select the color you want from the drop-down menu
- Click the ‘Add to cart’ button below
- Click on the Shopping Cart icon in the top right corner
- Click on ‘Checkout’ to place the order or click on ‘View Cart’ to see what is in your cart.
- Once you reach the checkout page, please fill out your details so that we know where to send the watch.
- Select your payment method
- Click on ‘Continue to Payment’ and complete your payment
- And you’re done, you have placed your order!

How can I order a free watch?
To order one of the free watches, you follow to regular steps for placing an order, but you have to pick one of the free watches. Look at the watches we offer for sale right now and open one of the temporarily free watches.
Now you can follow the order process as described in the FAQ above named ‘How do I place an order?’.
How can a watch be free?
We only offer watches for free for a limited time period and if we run out of stock we will no longer offer them. So it is a temporary special discount that we use to attract new customers. You will still have to pay for shipping, but the watch itself will be free.
How long does shipping take?
We work with multiple suppliers and warehouses worldwide, this means that some products take a little longer to arrive than other products. Products can take anywhere between 15-60 days to arrive, but they usually arrive withinin 15-30 days.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer worldwide free shipping on all products except for the free watches.
For the free watches, a flat rate of $9.99 USD for shipping is used for worldwide shipping.
Where do you ship?
We sell and ship all of our products worldwide, so regardless of where you are from you can order from our website!
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can! For every product that you order you will receive a track & trace code so that you will always know where your package is. If you did not receive the code please let us know.
What payment options do you offer?
You can pay using Credit Card, PayPal, bank transfer and cryptocurrency. You can also pay with Alipay on request.
Seeing as we are an international store we try to offer the easiest solutions for payment, but if you would like to pay using another method please let us know.
What is the price in my own currency?
All of the prices on our website are listed in United States Dollars. (USD)
If you would like to know the price in another currency please use an online converter, for example, https://www.xe.com/currencyconverter/
There you can select USD and the currency you would like to know the price in.
Do you offer Cash On Delivery?
Sadly this is not an option because the shipping company we use does not offer this option. So Cash on delivery is not possible, you will have to pay in advance in order to receive the watch. You are insured however if you pay using Credit Card or PayPal so there should be no need to worry.
